Caller ID said "Potential Spam" -- so I picked up and hung up at once. I see that this website ALSO says the carrier is Level 3 Communications (which IME should really call themselves *either* "Spammers R US" or "Spoof Our Numbers!" because that's the "carrier" for a LOT of spam calls I've gotten over the past several years....
