Got a call this afternoon (2:45pm EST) stating he was with Comcast offering me an upgrade on my account. He asked to confirm my name and said he was going to ask a few questions. First he asked what I used my internet for, then started to offer the "upgrade." I figured this was a scam and he'd continue to ask for personal information. I hung up and blocked the number.
I received a call from this number stating that they had a great promotion going on for Comcast and that they would upgrade my Internet significantly for only $10 more than what I was already paying they started asking me for personal information and that's when I hung up and called Comcast in which they had stated this was a fraudulent call.
Got called today and they claimed to be with Comcast.Caller ID says Global Telsrcng. They claim they want offer a new internet package and it will expire in 15 minutes if I don't signup. I hung up.
They call every day but leave no message. On a callback, the recording states that I've reached "Global Telesourcing on account of Comcast..." making a sales call for Comcast. As Comcast has both my email and mailing address and I receive my promotional material from those methods, I doubt this is who the caller really is. Received several calls from this unknown number to me in the past 3 weeks. I decided to answer today 1-19-2021 @ 9:29am only to be hung up on. No one spoke. I reside in Pennsylvania's east coast.
Call 11-30-19 (9 AM) 617-453-9303 live person (fraud-Scam) said he was Comcast offering a promotion.
Called and message not left. Caller I’d said Comcast. Checked the number on this site and others, all making complaints re this number.
This number called me this morning claiming to represent Comcast. I let loose on them and then called Comcast and reported it.

Got a call from 617 453 9303. Saying that they were calling from Comcast to offer a new plan. I needed to confirm my phone number and email for them to send me the plan information. I said that they should be able to send me the offer via email if they already have my information, they said the agent needs to be on a call will me so I approve the plan and that I can give the approval and then change the plan if I wanted to. People have tried to scam me before, any time there is such urgency it's clear that it's a scam.
