Who called me from this phone number (617) 393-5981

Got a call from jackie, she was extremely rude. Calling me a loser for an account that was 14 Years old that was in a bankruptcy in which i filed. Said she was going to file a levi on all of my accounts. said she will have me arrested.

Received rude voice mails and texts on an old judgement which has been satisfied through the courts back in 2008 - such an obvious scam - no attorneys office will text you court documents

Same w me !!!! Literally yelling at me so I yelled back and told her Lisa , Jackie or whatever your name is this is a scam you moron and she hung up

Terrible people, rude, yelling "Shut up!" Telling me all sorts of threatening comments. Sick that people are doing this, karma! How do you sleep at night Jackie? Very very unkind soul!!

She told me that there was a judgement against my husband. I looked up the court records and there is nothing on file in the courts for him. The woman was rude and sarcastic.

Scammer call from 2 seperate people a Lisa & Jackie sounded like same person. Same threats as other complainants.

A third party called me stating they were calling for the law office of Micheal Kelly, there was a judgement against and that I need to call him. When I called nobody answered the number it goes to voicemail stating welcome to my mailbox I’m currently in a meeting at all times of day.

First got a text to call Jackie with Attorney Mike Kelly's office. Called her and she stated very rudely that I had an ourstanding warrant in Nov. of 2005 for not showing up for a court date because of a credit card I got and paid five months on and then stopped paying. Said if the four grand was not paid by the end of the day then my bank account would be levied. She screamed the whole time and said she did not have to give any details about who the company was suing me and pressing for an arrest. I checked out the email of the so-called junction against me and Stevie Wonder could even see how fake it was. I called the phone number on it and it was a prepaid cell phone out of Watertown, MA. And the phone number is associated with a cable, internet, cell phone company so it looks like a possible inside job seeing how the cable companies would have all your personal information for service. This is a huge scam and unfortunately many people will fall for it because the isiot you speak to when you call them is very unprofessional and screams the entire time, also, they are to by law give you the information. Please call the Attorney General's Office in MA and report the call and phone number. If they say you have a warrant just call your local court house clerk office and check to see if you actually do. Attorney General's office of MA is 617-727-2200.

I just got this call and she was stating she was going wlevy my bank account

I received a voicemail from a third party asking me to contact the office of "Michael Kelly" at 6173935981 regarding my deceased father. When I called, the woman on the phone asked about him, and when I said he has passed, she said, " I thought that's what you were going to say". I asked what it was regarding and she said, "a judgement". She then asked about my mother and I said they were divorced and asked again what it was in reference to. She abruptly said,"it's irrelevant, he's not here!" I said well, it's strange to get a phone call like this, so I have some questions. She yells, " it's not strange, it's strange you want to know" and hung up. I filled a complaint with the attorney general.

Notorious and disturbing phone calls from unidentified caller --- Sounded fraudulent. Rude and unwilling to clarify the reason for call. These people should be jailed!!!!

She left a voicemail stating "We have an important message for....this is Jackie calling from attorney Mike Kelly's office very important you return the call as soon as you receive the message the plaintiff has elected to move forward on the file. Please return the call promptly and reference the last four of your social which is....as well as your email....@....com"

A lady called me stating I owed an $800 debt from a credit card from 2011 and that the creditor was going to take me to court. When I questioned who the creditor was she rambled several retailers. I told her that I never had a CC back in 2011 from anyone. She got ruded and kept saying that they didnt pull my info out of a hat. I told her that if she could send me the information showing me who I owed and for what she then said that the were going to sue me. I told her that this debt doesnt even show up on my credit report. She hung up on me. I believe this is a scam. The call wasnt recorded and she couldnt give me any information about the creditor I supposedly owed.

She called saying I owed a debt with a bank had my social security # and she said she would take it out of my account

The lady was rude she knew my name and because I would not disclose who I was she kept saying if your going to be rude she will hang up and she did. I was not rude each time I requested who is she and where is she calling from she would not answer she kept saying my name.

This person is rude. Seams to know who I was as she was calling for my husband. I advised her that her number is all over this site as spam. She got defensive and said I don’t know what scam is lol way to go giving up your scheme it is a scam....

The caller calls and says she is calling about Lawrence district court. She won’t identify herself or her company. She talks over you and is very condescending. She says she is taking money out of my bank account and recited my social security number. She then told me I was uneducated and wouldn’t let me talk. I still have no idea who or what company this is.
