It was a voicemail- but only half the message was received. Said was pressing legal charges against me and to call back 616-227-4731. It was a robocall. who is this?

The woman who answered, asked me who is this and I said where are you calling from,she social security administration. I told her they don't call people. She got really loud and asked then why did I call back.
