Just as other person stated once answered its loud beeps. Caller I.D. shows "ut". Also same type of call from 201-234-8596. Both called at 3:15a.m.

Called at 3:30 a.m, when answered its loud beeps like old school phone call is being recorded sounds. Caller I.D displays "ut". Received same exact type of call (same ID and tones) from several other phone numbers within minutes all when searched supposedly from other states. Blocking does no good, they just change numbers. Calls researched coming back to a "XO" company that no longer exists, it was bought out by Verizon, so no idea what's going on, or what's the point of these calls. They call in clusters for a few days then it stops and eventually happens again months later with the same thing happening. Its on our landline that we get these calls (poor reception on cells in the country).
