I got a call from this number 615-890-1385 for a Rutherford County Weather Alert. I never signed up for any alerts. Tornado warning alerts might be helpful, but I don’t need multiple calls at all hours about thunderstorms, floods, tornado watch, etc… I can’t figure out how to be taken off the list!

This is coming from the TN Weather Center warning us about potential bad weather, the issue I have is I never signed up for any alert system.
Getting NWS alert calls from this number unsolicited. I have not signed up for any alerts.
Man with threatened me if I didn't send him money, but never explained who he was, who he thought I was, or why he was owed money. Called several times.
I didn't answer because I don't know who this is.
