Perhaps its just another unwanted robo call, or some other moron. I dont owe bills and there are no collections on me. I deem any missed call that does not leave a voice message associated to the missed call (a robo or unwanted call). Which is usually because if its some commercial contact and ignoring the DNC registry, thus they will not leave an Identifying message to incriminate themselves. They leave your curiosity to eat away at you until you call them back! Then it voids any legal actions on your part as they can claim you called them eg... "We realized the mistake of the DNC registry our software made and hung up/cancled the call immediately..... its not our fault they returned the call....BS.
Calling saying I owe for a pay day loan that I did not request nor get. They left a voicemail message on my husband cell
