Who called me from this phone number (615) 675-9383

I received a call this morning, Thursday, September 28, 2023 @ 9:34 a.m., CST with no identifying name. The caller did not wait for the answering machine to pick up and I suspected it was either a telemarketer or a scammer. (There's not much difference in my opinion in the two) I do not answer the phone if it is a number I am not familiar with. After reading the comments here my suspicion was correct and therefore this number has been blocked by me.
