Who called me from this phone number (615) 645-0048

I received 12 calls yesterday and 2 calls so far today , they mention health insurance and I tell them to put me on the do not call list and have received 13 calls since telling them to do not call .. I ask to be put on the list every call .. how can I make them stop calling .. I got 6 calls yesterday within 1 hour !!!
