Who called me from this phone number (615) 640-2159

Received a call from this number, a young female voice said she was taking a survey, Caller ID was listed as "Vanderbilt Health" and she called WAY PAST normal business hours on CNT time, I'm suspecting it to be a scam/fraud to collect personal information/demographics/etc. Be aware!
