Asked me "Who is in charge of the credit card charges?" I explained that we were a business and no one processed that kind of thing. He repeated the question and then asked if I was responsible. I hung up.
Merchant services saying they want to check your account for overcharges. Have told them for YEARS to take our number off of their list. They have cussed us out, they are always rude and demeaning. I report them every time they call and hang up since they don't take NO for an answer.
