Said they had a complaint against me but did not say what complaint was about nor who filed complaint said I could call to remedy the complaint and left a number to call. Big Scam for money.

Said same thing about a complaint and left number- called the number and they proceeded to tell me I had an outstanding $22,000 balance w/Citibank but they would take $5000 today. When I continued to ask them to send me the details or even tell me the details, since I have never had anything w/Citibank she kept saying "we only collect the money." I went on to tell her that she needs to tell me what this is and not call me asking to pay a debt that isn't mine, nor one she can verify and that she should get a real job and stop trying to rip people off..that's when she hung up on me. A bunch of lazy scamming people- beware!
