I have gotten a call from Paul Marks 615-281-3934 two times. He asks for me by a name somewhat close to a previous name. He asks for my name when I call back. Says he is from Fraud and Litigation with DCA Mediation Group and says i or my attorney should contact him when he leaves voicemail. The second time was more threatening, saying they would be processing the claim by the end of the business day. Since he left voicemail both times, I called back both times and told him to buzz off. I am blocking this number so he won't call again.
Identified himself as Paul Marks from the Fraud & litigation division a DCA mediation group. Processing a claim against quotes my last four of social and DOB. Suggests me or my attorney calls him back immediately. 855 536 8326 extension 355. Called from a Carthage TN number ?+1 (615) 281-3934?.
Called from 615-281-3934. Announced himself as Tom DeCarlo, an officer of Direct Capital. Says he’s calling about a legal claim his office will soon file against my social security number. He wants to speak with either me or my counsel, in order to obtain a statement of intent for ‘repayment’. Says, “this is a time sensitive matter; in order for this to not go into a legal setting, they need to hear from me by close of business tomorrow. What he doesn’t realize is he’s calling AND THREATENING a GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE... I have no outstanding loans. This has been going on for a year and a half. It started after I got a mortgage on a new house. I believe they troll these mortgage transactions, so beware! They had my birthday, last 4 digits of my soc sec number, and the address of the new home (which is not my primary residence). Karma, baby. Just beware!
I received a call from 615-281-3934 on my cell # and work #. They ask for previous name from 6 years ago. They know my birthday. My phone # changed last year. How would they know my #. They want tell you who they are. I hung up on them they keep calling me back. Finally I answered they wanted to talk to human services. Very frustrated!!!!! services. I hung up on them again.
