Who called me from this phone number (615) 216-6541

Called and let it ring and never answered it because I only answer from my address list, and caller didn’t leave a message. I reverse searched the number and said it was an alarm company. I’m on the National do not call list, so why you csllling me? ! I blocked the number!!!
