This is Discover or collection for Dis over Card. They call asking for my deceased family member by first and last name. When I ask who is calling she says “Missy”. When I ask Missy with whom she says Missy. She asks for the dead family member again and says it is a recorded line. Ignoring my question as to who is really calling? I ask her hat company or business she is with. She refuses to tell me. So I ask if she is Missy from My family members college or something? Trying get her to disclose the nature of the call. She reminds me it is a recorded line. I tell her I am monitoring and recording as well. She still refuses to to divulge any pertinent info. So I hang up. Seriously, if she could have just said she is with discover I would have provided what ever she needed. But she wanted to be a nasty sadistic bully and whip out her baby girl ego with the power of harassment…. These people should be reprimanded. All would have been fine if she just had an ounce of common respect in very basic communications.
