Got unwanted call from 614-729-7569?
Two calls from this number this morning, listed on caller ID as Account Services. I didn't answer.
I got a call from this number as well as several other numbers. The caller ID says "Comenity Bank." The calls have all come from different states, but always say Comenity bank. I answered one call, they asked if it was me and I said, "this is she." They hung up. I disabled my card and have not answered since.

He told me they were calling for my credit card company (BJ’s Mastercard) and that I was late on the payment. I knew that was not true as I did not have a balance on the card. He insisted I did and wanted to help me make the payment, I hung up on him.I called back and received a woman on the phone who said let me look up your account by your phone number. I gave my phone number since I was calling from that number anyway and there’s not much they can do with that. She could not find my account information and said let me look it up by your Social Security number. I told her to go to hell and get a real job that was not scamming people for money.

My phone always lists the call as "Possible Spam". No message is left ever. But, they call multiple times per day.
