Who called me from this phone number (614) 728-7025

Grandmother got a call from this number. Lady said none of our verification is correct and that we need to log onto ODJFS to fix our account. Feels like a scam as they never said who they work for.

I received a call from this number. It says it is odjfs and to call back in 20 minutes with caller Id shut off to assist me with unemployment . Checked my UE claim and there were no notices or letters so I dont believe this is from odjfs.

I happen to work for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, and received this same call as described in the other complaints. This is NOT a legitimate call, and you should NOT provide any personal info.

Must be a scam because I’ve been getting unemployment for months now. I have no need to refile. Scammers find all ways to get your info

Got a call from this number. Left voicemail saying they were OFJS and told me the same 20 minute deadline and to disable my caller ID. Due to it being 1:20 PM on a Saturday I highly doubt this is OJFS. I've yet to receive a call like this after 6 months of collecting unemployment so given the sense of urgency in the call, I most guarantee it's a scammer wanting my to "finalize" my ties to OJFS now that I'm back to work. DON'T CALL OR ACT ON THIS. I will be verifying with OJFS on Monday if the call was really them.

Returned call claim to be ohio unemployment. Asked for personal identification. Could not prove sufficiently do me that the call was real. Will call my distribution center Monday to verify. Possible scam as unemployment usually does not call an a Saturday.

I called back a week later from not the number they dialed. Their answering recording claims to be Ohio Jobs and Family Services but goes on to say press this number for different language in like 6 different languages. I only recognize it said in English Spanish and French then goes on to say in English press 8 for all other languages. My original call left a message same as all other people are saying here and was on a Saturday at 1PM. Not sure about it sounds fishy but I am having issues with my unemployment just all so very odd.

Got same call from 1-614-728-7205 on 11/21/2020. Why would they call to help me file and it’s not the Ohio jobs and family serves number. It says the call is from Columbus.

Received voice mail message on a Saturday, said it was from ODJFS and to return call within 20 minutes and to disable any caller ID blocking. Sounds like a scam, not returning call.

Got a voice message to call them back within 20 minutes . Government offices of this nature only works M-F and usually send a letter by US MAIL. I will not be returning the call .

I received the same message from the same but it was an automated call. I will not be returning this call. I don’t think ODJFS is working on a Sunday morning.

Got a voice mail message from 614/728-7025.A man named Jacob said he is from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services calling to assist me with my unemployment compensation and that I should call them back within 20 minutes and that I should deisable any caller ID blocking features. I am not calling them back because if the ODJFS wanted to reach me they would call my land line or leave me a secure message in my correspondence system or send me a letter by US Mail. I believe this is a scam attempt.
