Is 614-695-4727 a scam or spam call?
Google verification sms scam
The person sent me. A Google code, for unstated and unknown purpose. It was preceded by the purchase of a new cricket phone, and being friended by another unknown on fb. Who then kept attempting to lure me into what I would consider an inappropriate relationship, she was claimed to be 33 and on first contact let it be known she would relocate and make someone’s very happy. I had made the friend request of others that were like minded regarding a political post and thread. And others I had also talked with on fb then began very abusive aggressive and vulgar remarks. I also had considerable issues with my experience activating the new AT&T phone and their customer service. This all happened during the past week, along with 1 immediate telemarketing call on activating my new phone number, and two others, that were robo calls with no response. Not a believer in coincidences. How can I help the FTC with stopping these parasites?
I had the same experience just today. Google needs to address this since the person is posing as Google and accessing our personal information and making it impossible to keep our Google accounts secured. Not to mention, our phone carrier accts and they don't care either. There has been a number of complaints on various websites dating back long enough that if Google won't address it, I have 5 years of reporting a specific person with enough proof that the person has been cyber bullying and stalking me and using my identity yet they have done nothing. So don't bother to reset a new password, this slime ball is all over it
Posing as Google services/send me my verification code to update my number when requested by me, it is wrong to verify code.
