Called and left a message -Sonja, expecting a call back at 614 407 7730 - no context for the message. just the above. Called back. Asked for the name of the company (it was not clear in her message). When I asked her to spell it for me she got surly. Very focused on my gas bill. If a legit company they need to work on their customer service. Had it been a decent interaction, I might have listened.

Funny... everyone here says they called about a rebate on the gas bill. They told me i had a lower price that i qualified for on my electric bill! I told them i wasnt interested. they call and call. luckily i learned long ago never give ANYONE your real number. use your google voice number. then you can screen the calls and it will still forward real calls to your real number without ever revealing your real number.

I talked with Lauren at ext 8983. She was very rude when I asked to be removed from their call list. She just kept telling me that she could send me a rebate on my gas bill. She wouldn't take no for an answer. After a few minutes I became frustrated and hung up the phone. She immediately called me right back. They still have not taken me off the call list.

Amber called and was extremely rude in her delivery and was not at all forthcoming with information as to the context of the message she was wanting to leave. I told her that the gentleman would need more information than a first name and phone number. She said he was expecting her to call back, and that she has talked with him before. Upon checking with the gentleman-he had no prior knowledge of every specking with her, or the company she named.

“Jane” has called numerous times saying I qualify for a rebate on my gas bill. I’ve hung up on her twice yet she calls back and leaves a voicemail.

Will NOT stop calling, even after repeatedly requesting for her to stop calling. 3 calls in a row and now I'm reporting. Ridiculous that we have to put up with this all the time.

Shelly called from 614-407-7730 demanding a manager or someone else to pay an existing business account. She could not name an individual or the name of our business. Very pushy in requesting a call back at 614-347-3548.

RUDE and nasty. Calling over and over again. Claiming to be from a company to lower our gas bill rates, but when you call the number back it doesn't give you a business name, just to leave a message or enter an extension.
