Caller called my cell phone and hang up twice. Didn't say anything. When I answered, they hang up. Google says it's a landline. Thinking like voip or something. So I called the number back, and got a silent answer, then music, then hang up on. I SICK and TIRED of all the DAMN Robo calls, Telemarketers, Spam, Scammers, etc... the government needs to do something.
