Claimed to be from Rate Dept at my electric company in Ohio and had better rate for me. Bogus scammer. They will try to get you to switch your electric supplier to their company. I'm on national Do Not Call list, but this company violated FCC regulations and called me anyway. I filed complaint with the PUCO in Ohio at 1-800-686-7826 and I suggest others do the same.
