TOTAL BS. "Hi this is Morgan..." and so starts another scam/phising bs call. Claims I want to sell my house in Columbus. I don't live in Columbus, and I don't own a house there either. This is most likely one of those cash for distressed properties that preys on people looking for a fast way out. Sends Spam Scan texts too.

Same as others. A guy named Morgan wants to buy my house. His voicemail said that if I was interested in selling to call him at 614-304-3203. Call came in from +1(614) 892-7490.
Ditto. Has called for weeks straight.

Same as other experience below with "Morgan" the caller. Call came in from 614-992-1617, message left from 614-892-7494, asking to call 614-304-3203.
The caller ID came up with the phone number ( 614 ) 892 - 7490, but this is not the number proffered by the robo-voice: "Hello. My name is Morgan. I am reaching out to you because I have recently purchased a property in your area and if you're interested in selling I would love make you a cash offer as soon as possible. If you are interested, please give me a call at ( 614 ) 304 - 3203. Again, that's ( 614 ) 304 - 3203 and I can make you an all-cash offer in about ten minutes or less. Thanks and I look forward to speaking with you soon." I hate these property-buying / phishing / cold-calling real estate thugs and their tactics. How did they even get my phone number. The texts are even more frequent and more annoying. The Devil take them all. UNSAFE callers !
