I too received a 6 (six) robocalls from 612-662-2869 claiming to be from United Healthcare. The message said to call 833-481-1427 to answer some questions including name and phone number.

Claiming to be United Healthcare wanting me to update my medical information. Says Medicare requires them to report it annually. I have never heard of Medicare requiring insurance companies to report to them. When you really get a call from UHC it is a live person and not a robocall. The caller ID also always says United Healthcare.
