I have been getting a lot of spam calls - I hit answer but I am silent - theres an american guy on phone with Philly accent asking for me directly- then saying "Its just silent - shes not talking" -- I am blocking

Called several times, stated that the call is recorded at the onset of the call. Then asked if I can hear her. I think they are trying to get you to say "yes". However, I said, "no I can't, the line is bad and don't call me again. Why won't they stop!!!!
