Called at my workplace. Asked for me by name, and I confirmed. He had an Indian accent. Once I confirmed my name, he hung up. When I dialed back it said Trans data with sales and marketing and then auto hangs up. The caller ID said "Trenton, NJ".
Called and said he was from xyz medical lab. I could not understand him. He would not explain why he was calling. He hung up when I pushed him on reason for call.
Caller (Indian accent) asks for various people. When I say there is no one here by that name, caller gets rude and belligerent, virtually accusing me of lying.
Asked to confirm my name and then hung up
Called me workplace. Asked for me by name, when I said it was me he hung up. Indian accent.
Called for me by my first and last name at my place of employment. Said he was Dr John Smith from St Mary's Hospital to my boss. When I picked up the call, the man was clearly no John Smith by his Indian accent. He asked if it was me , I said yes, and he hung up. I tried calling the number back but it disconnects.
Very mean and would not give how they received the number or name. Said it was medical information from New York. I live far far far away from there and have not had any medical testing done.
