called then asked if I could hear her ok, I hung up without saying anything

Caller ID says KPMG LLC, they left a 3 second silent message. When I call back, I hear a recording, "Thank you for calling customer service. Please let us know how we can help you, including entering your number into our do not call list. Press 1 to speak to an agent, press 2 to be added to the do not call list." Pressing 1 on repeated tries just got the message to repeat, and eventually their phone system said Good Bye and hung up. *Clearly* not KPMG. Some sort of scammer. Don't answer /block.
