Carl from Nationwide saying he has a UCC Filing
Scammer claiming that you have a UCC – 1 filed on your company. Go to your state webpage and search for yourself if there is a UCC1 and if so that may not mean much. He then immediately tries to call back.

As stated in previous posts, Carl said a UCC-1 was filed against our business and that he needed to confirm information and help us find better programs to be a part of. I told him to take us off of his calling list and he just laughed and said there is no calling list. I told him we would not be calling him back and he said HE would call back. I warned our staff to not give him any information.
He claimed to be from Nation Wide Financial. I immediately said “No thank you I am not interested. Please don’t call back again”. He then immediately called me from his cell phone Carl Maldonado 609-201-2685. He proceeded to call 5 more times
Claimed someone had filed UCC-1 file against our company to get important financial info about our company.
