Who called me from this phone number (608) 802-8321

This guy has been calling me from different numbers, for different charities almost once a day for over two years. He identifies himself with different names. I have asked several times to be removed from his call list, but he continues to call. I asked for his FTC licensing information, and he hung up on me.
