Who called me from this phone number (608) 713-9696

I received a call from this number but they said to call a 866# stating they are Consumer Advisory and Associates to collect a debt, they threaten to send me to jail and want my SS#. Please everyone google everything and do not take these calls at face value, they are scammers from prison and other thievery institutions.
