Who called me from this phone number (608) 590-4010

Caller gives first name, says she’s on a recorded line and is calling about a hearing. She then asks if you can hear her clearly. If you say “yes”, the call ends. It appears to be the scam to record your voice saying yes that the FCC has warned may be used to authorize fraudulent charges via the phone.
