Who called me from this phone number (608) 584-4438

Received a call from (608) 584-4438 on March 4, 2021 at 10:21am. The caller ID lists the owner name under "Bev & J. Mueller", but the automated message that was left on the answering machine said that they were the "Amazon Service Department". The message stated that a charge of $799.99 will be charged to your card. If you did not make this charge, press "1". Knowing full well that this was a scam and the fact that I'm on the "Do Not Call" registry I never picked up the phone and never called this person back. A phone number was never given during the message, but the genius did not realize that Caller ID information was shown on my phone.
