This woman started out by saing that she was from some kind of "emergency services" and since I have a sister who has very serious heart problems I reacted to the word emergency. Then she went into something about representing a company who collects names of people in the right age group to have frequent falls and wanted to sell something. I chewed her out for the way she started the call with such an alarming word as emergency services. She hung up on me!
