The phone number in the email was listed as 1-(608)-205-4457 & the sender shows Spot Admin with the Subject Line reading as: Premium services and packages activated for (my email-removed by me) cloud account. Please find your invoice here. Auto-App Order Placed Purchase value: $299.99 Premium Subscription Package Thank you for the Order.Your Invoice Id is INVAPP61701202. Your subscription will get auto-renewed every 3 months by $299.99 USD, unless you cancel by July 19, 2021.
