Who called me from this phone number (608) 232-7487

I was called by this number about 2 times a week at least for a few months. They don't leave voicemails, except a few times when they didn't hang up the phone fast enough, so silence or distant coughing could be heard. I finally answered them. They said they were with the Red Cross. They knew I donated before, my blood type, and they gave me information about plasma donation. I haven't found which office it is from, but I do think it is the Red Cross.
