Like the others I was asked about a recent visit to urgent care. I have not been to urgent care in years, alerting me this is spam.
I received a text asking me about my visit to a local urgent care facility. I have been there in the past, but not recently. The text was asking me to rate the service and if I would recommend them to others with a 1 for not happy and 10 for very happy...or somewhere in between . I did not reply. I called the urgent care and reported it then blocked the number. Sounds like possible Smishing or SMS Fishing attempt or some other scam.
