caller states she is from insurance quotes. both times they called me they called twice in a two minute timeframe and then called hours later again twice in a two minute timeframe on the 4th call I finally reamed them out

Wanted info on a quote I requested but sounded like call was coming from outside USA. After hangng up call came in again from different number but was same person. USING SPOOFING PROGRAM with FAKE NUMBERS !!!
