Who called me from this phone number (607) 432-5643

A senior Citizen has had her number spoofed or used to make repeated daily robo calls about loans. SHE made NONE. She gets hundreds of calls back harassing her. Please report the false use of this # to SPECTRUM. Spectrum says they cannot stop this.
