Who called me from this phone number (607) 307-0955

I’ll take this phone number when I answered an ad on Facebook for carpet cleaning the profile connected is a photo of a young boy and his girlfriend but when I PM’d the carpet guy he repeatedly called me started at 6 AM on a Sunday. Once I picked up the phone finally it sounded like somebody in a foreign country and I started asking questions and he hung up. Be aware
