Who called me from this phone number (607) 301-1383

Called 3 times—I didn’t answer. Male voice-same caller—mumbled he was a debt collector and he wasn’t trying to collect anything—Then he spoke of Covid 19–there was a female voice in the background. Definitely a scam !
