Who called me from this phone number (607) 251-3304

I would like these calls to stop! They call 3 times in a row and never leave a message! How do I make it stop?

I am tired of this number's people persistence. Why does do not call work with them. Why does FCC do nothing about it.

These jerks call me repeatedly, back to back and won't leave any messages. I don't answer because I don't recognize the number. They obviously don't have a life or education if this is what they do for a living.
