Who called me from this phone number (606) 393-4441

I've received 5 random calls in the last 2 hours. This number was the first two. I didn't answer but researched the number and found out it was spoofed. It is actually a wellness clinic in Kentucky's number. I'm in Tennessee. I haven't researched the other numbers yet, but I assume more of the same.
