Who called me from this phone number (605) 270-5655

I think it was a recorded message trying to get me to say "yes" by asking me lots of questions. It was allegedly a fundraiser for a retire police organization, but I didn't catch which one. Wasn't FOP, for sure. If a legitimate organization I want to know. Hard to tell these days.
