Who called me from this phone number (603) 779-5626

I don't normally answer the phone if I don't recognize the #. I am waiting to hear back form NH Unemployment and inadvertantly picked up the phone when New Hampshire S appeared. It was a man asking for donations for the NH State Police. He was a very smooth talker - favorite line "Your The Best". I agreed to send a small donation - he wanted $500! I'm unemployed due to COVID and my unemployment has come to a hault. I agreed to send in $25. That's still pretty deep for my pockets right now.
