I got a call from this same number claiming to represent firefighters and thank me for previous donations (which I do not remember doing) and asked that I contribute to the new years donation request. It was a friendly sounding call, but also sounded very memorized. After looking up the number it appears the Voip ID is a complete phony. I do not believe it is an actual charity.
