Who called me from this phone number (603) 513-2426

Both Brian Martin and Daryl speak over you when you try to speak and clearly do not want the call. They called and told me that they represented Eversource i do not believe that to be the case. Why do you want to work with someone that does not listen and misleads their potential clients.
