There are hundreds of complaints and lawsuits against this scoundrel that are all eerily familiar. If you or someone you love has fallen victim to one of these bait and switch vacation scams please speak up! This type of marketing is unscrupulous and dangerous. These felons collect customer credit card information and target their victims through scam raffles. You should contact the organizer of the event you attended where your private information was snatched. Then file a complaint with the New Hampshire Better Business Bureau. If the representative identifies the sponsor resort you should also file a complaint against them for selling your private data under false pretenses to convicted felons. If everyone speaks up someone will end this sham
