Who called me from this phone number (602) 926-0814

They go by CPC. I tried to look it up and there was nothing that came up. They called me multiple times, I just let it go to voicemail. They called today 8/15/23 and asked me if I am who I am. I asked this person "may I ask who's calling?" This person didn't feel like answering my question. This person keep on asking if I am who I am. I asked again may I ask who's calling. This person said not until you tell me if you are who you are. I just hung up on this person for not clarifying who THEY were.
