Listening to voicemail my phone didn't give callers phone # (it was garbled) then went into the same message as in Nov 2020 so must be a recording: Hey how's it going this is Lisa not quite sure if I have the right phone number to be honest, I just came across your property and thought I would reach out to see if you are interested in an all cash offer for your home I'm a local investor in the area....... said she buys 5 to 10 homes monthly, then gives return phone #. She isn't local to me as I do not live in Phoenix AZ and to me 100+ miles isn't local. Call Back: thank you for your call please press #1 to be connected to the party you are calling. After pressing #1: Hi this is Jen, sorry I missed your call if you are interested in selling your property please leave your name and 10 digit # and property address after the tone and someone will get back to you........ I am not sure the number called from is the same as the call back number since it wasn't in my call log and not given with voicemail like other numbers are. Reported to FTC with other scams.
Received an unsolicited voicemail message from 310-728-9760 (CA area code) from an unknown "Lisa" on my "do not call" phone number interested in buying homes in my area. Said to call 602-833-5317 (AZ number). My home is not for sale. This call never showed up on my recent call history. Reported to Federal Trade Commission.

Same as above, all day long and after DNC hours. Shut them down please! Now they use NY robocalls instead of 602-833-5317.
Offer to buy home. I have called the number and reminded them I am on the DNC list and asked them to stop calling They hung up on me and increased the number of calls to my home.
Name given was Lisa wanting to but a property from me that I never resided in or OWNED. Text msg's received with various 480 numbers and call back number of 602-833-5317. Based on 62 complaints in the metro Phx area, the FTC needs to put a stop to these calls!!

2.26.2021 0936 A call that didn't ring or show in my call list and I was in a 5G network area at the time with a voice mail left from "Lisa" making this call 3 since Nov 2020.
