Unfortunately, my company was targeted by this group. We donated $1000 and even showed up to the supposed event, but it never seemed to happen. They called again three days ago (two months later from the first "event") asking for another donation. Their dates will align with the Arizona Law Enforcement & Outreach Support site, but the event being discussed by this number (602.777.7489) is not real. Please learn from our mistake and don't fall into this situation yourself. Additionally, please never give payment over the phone, regardless of how convenient or tempting it may be.
