Who called me from this phone number (602) 757-0932

Claimed to be from Arizona health services asking me to participate in a survey. The lady said my number had been chosen randomly. When i said "no thank you" to the survey request, the lady on the phone pushed and insisted I participate. I said "no thank you" again and hung up before she could continue to push.
